Work Flow

1. Inquiriy & Exchange

  • After receiving your initial inquiry, I will ask follow-up questions regarding the purpose of the translation and the deadline.
  • Once we agree on the fee—either based on my quotation or the client’s proposed budget—I can proceed with the translation.
  • Support for Japanese graphic layout is also available, either in the form of consulting or full-service assistance. Please feel free to contact me for more details.

2. Translation & Editing

Every project begins with research into your service or product, as well as competitor analysis, to align industry-specific vocabulary and highlight the unique strengths of your business. In translation, I focus not only on accuracy but also on adjusting the style, vocabulary, tone, and flow according to the intended purpose.
  • For subtitles: I set appropriate character limits per line and per second based on the output format to ensure readability.
  • For voice-over: I read the translation aloud during the review process to create a script that sounds natural and is easy to follow.

3. Delivery & Feedback

If you need any changes after delivery, feel free to let me know.
